Peter A. Pentz, Esq. represents employers, insurance companies, and injured workers throughout Pennsylvania in workers’ compensation claims and appeals. Our knowledge and perspective from representing both insurers and claimants enable us to confidently assert our clients’ interests and resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
Our primary focus is workers’ compensation law. Founding attorney Peter Pentz has argued cases before workers’ compensation judges, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania in all facets of work injury law. We also represent claimants in Social Security Disability claims and other litigation, such as personal injury auto accidents and unemployment disputes.
