For over 28 years, attorney Peter A. In addition to being a certified workers’ compensation specialist, Mr. Pentz is a past president (2015-2016) of the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and, in that capacity, was the leader of a group of attorneys throughout the commonwealth of Pennsylvania practicing in workers’ compensation law. Mr. Pentz is also a member of the Pennsylvania Self-Insurers’ Association, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, the Erie County Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section, the Erie Claim Association, the Insurance Club, and other similar organizations. He has served and currently serves on workers’ compensation committees throughout the state, including the Bench Bar Committee (current member), the Workers’ Compensation Centennial Committee (former treasurer), and the Workers’ Compensation Automation and Integration System (WCAIS) committee, as well as various rules and regulations committees.
Mr. Pentz is also a frequent speaker throughout the state and has organized and lectured for various workers’ compensation conferences, including those for the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and the Erie County Bar Association, as well as the Workers’ Compensation Conference and the Workers’ Compensation Fall Section meeting.
